Sales and Marketing Manager: You must have a proven track record of success and experience in selling IT solutions to SMEs. You will be required to plan and manage effective sales and marketing campaigns relating to our web-based application development services. You will generate new business customers that require the development of new web-based applications, meet company targets through follow-ups, completed deals. and identify potential new partners to create a virtual sales force and new leads. Your skills will include sales and a strong ability to seek out new business. Above all, you will need to be able to thrive in a target-driven working environment. You must have a marketing or financial qualification with a minimum of 4 years' experience in product marketing, with strong knowledge of business application market/trends, as well as experience of having worked for a business application software vendor.
Account manager: To provide client management and help to generate business from existing clients. With at least 2 years' experience working in a similar role within the IT industry, you will manage development projects within tight deadlines and to budget. You must be able to demonstrate pre-sales as well as implementation skills and have the ability to successfully manage several client accounts. Specifically, you will deal with clients online, over the phone and in person, at every stage of the projects’ lifetimes. This will involve identifying new opportunities within our customer base and providing excellent customer service whilst building strong business relationships. Any experience of financial negotiation would be desirable, as would exposure to web-based application development. You will need to be a well organised, motivated and a strong communicator.
Interface Designer: To focus on developing user interfaces for web-based solutions. You will need to demonstrate experience in and the ability to understand application architecture, business strategy, design tools, standards for code reviews and peer tests. Your outputs should be creative and innovative solutions to user issues. Product development will include both creating compelling templated web designs and designing usable, sometimes complex, form-based interfaces that enable browser-based content capture. You should have good analysis skills and web application design skills (Java, Microsoft .NET, Open Source) plus a minimum of 3 years experience in a development or design role.

Business analyst: To be responsible for developing documentation for new Magic Web Solutions products. We are looking for someone with experience of working on web-based applications from an SME perspective, coupled with strong skills across the full software implementation life cycle. This is a varied role working within a close-knit team of developers, marketing and account managers and testers, forming strong relationships with clients and delivering suitable applications.
Usability specialist: Main responsibilities will be ensuring that user interfaces follow best practice design and optimise the experience of the end user. Covering the full testing life cycle, you will establish and interpret end-user requirements, and be responsible for user interface design and implementation, both internal and external. You will undertake all acceptance testing of our products prior to release, being responsible for all testing activities including unit, component, usability, functionality, installation and documentation testing etc. and will also be required to write quality assurance reports and make recommendations. You must have previous experience of cross-browser testing and test script writing, and must understand web site usability. You must have a good eye for detail. Previous Web testing (rather than systems testing) experience is essential.
