Flash is now indexed by search engines - has been for ages; content can be loaded from external files so there's no need to rebuild for updates; a properly designed Flash site will load incrementally so you see the first page straight away; you can make text copyable if you want; you can make browser navigation work properly...I could go on. I'm not saying that you should build web sites from Flash, but if you're going to then do it properly. And if you're going to say that you shouldn't then get your facts right.
